You realize the RAF system is changing really soon (sometime this month) and the RAF rewards page hasn't been up for like 4 days now, and chances are it won't be back up before RAF 3.0 is out, which will reward you nothing past 5 refs.
Just throwing that out there. Spend your money at your own risk.
Riot adressed that they are currently down, and NA raf end will be at a later date due to the downtime.
I believe EU will get same treatment aswell if they wont fix it for another 2w.
