was selling my pbe acc guy said to go first i refused but then eventually did because i thought you need email to change pass and he gave me half of psc code and gave me other half after then turns out the psc was empty and then he blocked me and and he scammed out of it. 2 things is there a way to recover the acc? and is there a way to report him?
