How is that racist? It doesn't matter how You call the *** of Islam, it is still the same ***.

It is like calling out a jew for being racist when he refers to You as a christian if You are one.

I was trying to create a positive atmosphere with a fellow muslim in order to get a boost, which didn't work out.

I can't understand the blindness of people, refering to the same thing in different languages isn't racist, nor oblivious.

I did not call it racist for the way you referred to his/your/anyone's ***. I agree with you that the word "racist" is a rather bad pick, but oblivious fits as not all turkish people are islamic, as I'm sure you are aware. In my opinion, unless you are certain of one's religious belief, it's badly received to address them with a religious welcome. I'm sure you may be offended if I said "Hail Satan" to you. But that's just my opinion
