A vouch is a confirmation of what you claim to be able to do as a result from one's experience. Let's say you play 2 vouch games for me on silver elo, and you carry hard; I can vouch for you that you are capable of boosting and you should be recommended for your services. However, you shouldn't do vouch games for TBMS as it's against the rules.

Naboosterr recently played one vouch game in addition to another. The booster is friendly and efficient and his prices are fairly cheap compared to other boosters, but his efficiency/skills is of the same. He easily carried the team as a support/Mid on Gold 1 Elo. I highly recommend using his service. Here is a picture to top it off.
Oh, and addition one of these games was won at 17 minutes and the other at 25. (Shows how fast he can finish these games and carry.)
