With the new announcement from Riot you're only going to be able to redeem skin codes until 2014/07/23, only having skincode isn't enough anymore a photo of the original skin card + code is required and that's what I'm selling.
I'm currently only offering PAX Sivir skin cards, but more various skins are coming. Buyer will be provided everything that's needed to redeem the skin through support: a photo of a skin card with a valid code and handwritten information of you summoner.
You can ask for information in the thread, but offers only pm atm.
What's you will need to submit to riot (according to riot's faq):
