it has been exactly a month since I order a boost from platinum 2 to diamond 5 and guess what I am demoted to platinum 3 and he is unable to even get me back to platinum 2. Very unprofessional and unprepared to handle platinum and above orders.

he probably can't get you in your desired elo because you feed too hard.
I'm playing with him duoq in plat3/2 and he plays in 95% of the games flawless, even if he isn't playing his main role.
edit: just played with him one more game - he was 5/0/3 and carried. I can verify his highelo skill and ability to easy carry in this elo.

I don't want to make a long argument but according to my personal experience, he was unprepared and not skilled enough. Yes he play above average but that was not even enough to set him to boost . In addtion, funny enough I get to carry him and his boosters sometimes

Man. He has done a lot after successful trades. Maybe you are the problem. When u want a duoq boost u need to play decent, don't flame feed troll etc. If you can't stick to the agreements buy soloq boost or STFU and don't try to refuse ur fault.
