I was working with one guy who owning a reff service and I vouched him (with some design help by my thread). I vouched by 25 reffs, but got only 23 reffs to this date so I can't reedem the rewards for 25 reffs (which is the skin, rune page, RP and IP so I added it like you see it) There is the proof. The one negative which I have is from scammer. He was premium member with Elite gold trader badget, but he started to scamming, so I'm in progress with reporting him, but still didn't get my fake negative out, so I hope it will be removed soon.

Actually I'm trying to put it to eBay so your comment is good to me, because I tho 65€ is fair price, should I get more for it?

Platinum isn't that good rating (even I'm Platinum player so I know how easy is it to get it)
