I need report one user for scam.. but i cant create one thread in Complaint Area
how i can fix that for report?

at the time (1 month) not used the TBM ... last week I spoke to the person to give tbm but she did not want to .. Today I could not access my account, were all changed data .. I have proof of everything ... here just want that person to be banned so that not deceive anyone else.
already sent a message to a mod but it should not have seen yet and so was wondering how do I post in this section

ahh man dont think of things like ban....never will happen if u didnt made tbm rating...and if u have proofs from skype, than nothing will happen, so prevent the others from that person

and he continue scamming people?
i had proofs from skype and in this site.. I sent over a private message here but he did not respond.
admins can force him to come here to try to debunk see if he has proof
Meanwhile he continues to scam people and let go without penalty.
