it doesn't have the best champs or runes but it is playable and it is bronze 4 so you can play some matches but as it is preseason u can wait till season 4 and show up your skills i am not the biggest fan of skins so i have only my favourite champions my skype name is karys42 add me if you want to look at my screen to prove and when you add me write buying NA acc GL there summoners !
