It will take few days to earn around 15000rp, perhaps faster if you are not lazy.

But it's not really free RP if you have to pay 5€ first.. 
Anyways, can someone explain me how it works? I just went to the site and there was a button to pay with Paypal (5€).. What to do next then?

If you pay the money you can download a pdf file which has the method included in it.
