If you have the support account ( support.leagueoflegends.com ) and a ticket on it, used to recover the diamond account I'll buy it.
If not, you can make one, make the ticket and then I can know you are original owner and it won't get recovered.
I am willing to use middle-man, and pay the fee.

Off-topic. On the screenshots of your account is your Summoner Name public. You forgot to hide it.
The ToS of lol says:
D. Account Sales. The Account supplied to you is personal to you, and Riot Games does not recognize and expressly forbids the transfer of user Accounts. You shall not purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, or make any such offer, and any attempt shall be null and void. Any distribution by you of your Account and/or your Login Credentials (except as expressly provided herein or otherwise explicitly approved of by Riot Games) may result in suspension or termination of your Account.
so better re-upload the picture, and hide your summoner name.. before its too late.

up, a guy tried to scam me, trading the account for hearthstone account that he was going to recover after a few days, thats why the negative point, i voted negative aswell to him.
