Looks like nobody can sell team anymore
They've changed it from at least playing 5 games or 30% to you have to win 10 games. Just warning everyone even though they might change it who knows

They also said they're going to watch drastic mmr changes meaning bronze people will be screwed if they try to get into a diamond team

The borders will now only display in the que you got it in, 3v3/5v5/YoloQue. Updated recently.
"The loading screen border trim you earn will display when playing in the ranked game type you earned it in."

Yep, people who bought team are fuck3p up
Must win 10 games to get rewards.
Also Riot will investigate fraud cases on dramatic changes on teams, so be careful.
Not worth it at all.

We're going to be closely monitoring teams with big roster swaps and/or big drops in matchmaking rating, and we'll investigate any signs of abuse. In clear cases of abuse, we will (as above) ban the accounts for two weeks, strip it of any previous season rewards (summoner icons, Victorious skins, etc) and we'll make sure involved parties are ineligible for any reward associated with Season 3.
