Don't trade with this scammer. I bought an account off him with Happy Elf Teemo and Earnest Elf Tristana, paid 80 euro to .Pure' (who acted as an exchange from PP to PSC), .Pure' gave this guy the PSC and then he disconnected off Skype and I've not heard from him since.

Cant say I'm surprised. You know you can message an admin and DMCA request that his thread be destroyed because now that he has taken back the payment for the thread design, the copyright reverts back to you. And you can use the DMCA to screw this guy to the wall Jus' sayin'
