I can answer that for you.

1) - he's already doing 2-3 jobs himself, and had maybe a 4th order he can't handle.

2) - he is just a silver player who gets trusted/jobs by pretending to be a booster.

Not sure which of those, but probably #1.

because boosting is like haircutting...

btw, a lot of "boosters" are like gold/platinum and just ask other friends/high elo players to play the games for money.

Hello there I was working for a LoL-Bot lately and I was wondering if there exist people who whould buy a lvl 30 account with terrible stats. Probably with a K/D of 1:30 or sth similar.
