Untrue, when you login change the email, then in the possibillity of you getting hacked you used your email already a few months to years on that account. They will then give you your account back.

I made a mistake when i regged tha accs. it was outlook.com but i used outlock.com...
riot support already changed the emails for me, but i dont know if they send a welcome message. i already ask them.
