The end of Boosting Days?

Refering to this thread above, seems like Boosting itself has gained it's end. What exactly is he thinking of it and what possibilities are that the users will actually get banned for logging onto another accounts?

Discuss it here, I'd like to hear some of the opinions from here as well.
