WTT lv30 accounts [NA]

As the name suggests, I'm interested in trading for an account.
My account:
Lv30, ~1275 Elo 1521 Top elo. 61 Champions. Many, many skins. 10 runepages and 90% of all the runes you'd ever need.
575 RP, 7500 IP.

Skins include all Annie skins, Battlecast Chogath, Dragon Trainer Lulu, Nunu Bot, Warlord Shen, Jayce's Skin, etc. At least half a dozen others.

What I want:
Lv30 1800+ Account. Don't care what's on it.

Why dont you just get a boost to 1800 if thats what you want? o_O I would be interested in purchasing the account

Too expensive; 600 Elo would cost me hundreds.
