A Korean LoL Account lvl 1 is worth exactly the same as on any other server = 0 (zero).

No one wants an EUW, EUNE, NA or BRZ account level 1, why would anyone want a Korean account level 1? Because it's forbidden? :O
So what, who cares. Both European and North American players would have huge ping playing on the KR server.
