I understand how you feel somebody try to scam me once but recovered everything back

Also in future if you use paypal never send them money as gift and try to log in LOL forum often using your account make sure whoever doing elo job for you not changed the password. If they do change your password send riot support ticked as soon as possible they will recover it really fast gl
