The account is level 14 at the moment. Has both exp and IP boosts for 8 days as of 25th March (ends 2nd April).

-Spend nothing (spend no RP, no IP)

I will pay after if service is not trusted.
I will pay before if service is trusted.

EU West.

Took me 25 wins to level 15.
I have exp boosts, so I get ~400exp for my first games. I now get around 250 exp per game. ~400 exp for the first game of the day.
