Well until I get scammed by someone, I'm doing referrals before payment for anyone who has positive trade reviews in TBM.

People are free to pay during the process, or at the end, or before. It's not my interest to scam anyway since I deliver the service.

Dude, I'm not all about money. But :

5UDS = 3.8€
paypal takes 3% + 0,25€ per trade
and probably another fee to change USD to €

Not like I don't want to help. But I don't want to waste my time with paypal to get something like 3€.
