Any way to remove the chat completely?

Hey,
I've just asked myself , if there is a way to disable the chat ingame. I know that I can type /mute all. But I don't want to do this every game . I've tried to change the chat scaling in league document. But it doesn't work. Is there any way?

Some time ago you could just drag the chat away, don't know if it's still working.

Yeah, it's not possible at all. The only solutions are /mute all and moving the chat outside of the screen.

Just move it out in every game and mute players, simple as that.

Alright i did it (:

go to: C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config -> PersistedSettings.json


Search for HUD:

"name": "HUD",
                    "settings":

Put in this:

{
                            "name": "ChatScale",
                            "value": "-100"
                        },

Done.
