Alternative to MKJOGO?

Since MkJOGO doesn't offer Riot's skins anymore. Are there any other free alternatives to it?

I've tried:
Wooxy, but they don't offer Riot Games' skin, which is only which I'm caring about.
Mod Skin, which actually replaces the files, which means that next game, enemy player having your champion, will have skin on, which is super-buggy.

Does anybody else know the program by which you can change skins on your side? (that isn't as buggy)
