Virtual Machine: Connection Error?

Hay guys,
i just installed LoL on VMWare Workstation 9 and wanted to Bot a little bit but after every game there is a window showing that there was an connection error and the stats wont load. The bot cant continue so i wanted to ask whether u know how to fix this. If u need some more information u can just ask for it

Get a proxy or something, because your IP is probably flagged by riot.

i didnt found a LoL specific tutorial yet. can someone post a link for a proxy tutorial ?
