How are people getting cheap riot cards?

I see people posting all the time selling riot cards for $2-$4 cheaper than they sell for.. So they must be getting them even cheaper than that!

How is this possible? Are they stolen or generated maybe?

I think the buying the riot card's cheaper , and the theorie stolen or generated is false

No, there are no sales from Riot, they just use Sim Cards, look at mah post
