Before the cut, you had more movement speed, armor and magic resist. Then when the cut happens you seem to use Support masteries. (9-0-21).

Yes you are right - 349 Movement Speed before the "cut" ( 00:05 ) and after the "cut" (~00:25 ) 345 Movement Speed. Seems he used Support masteries before the "cut".
