VMWare Worksataion problem

Hello
As my question keeps geting lost in posts i decied to make new thread.
I am using Win 7 64x and latest version vmware.And i use win xp lite 32x on virtual mashine.Problem is i cant run lol without 1gb ram.If i have less than 1gb it says could not load direct3d.And in propertis it says Default monitor on instead of vmware stuff

Procesor Intel 2 Core 6300@ 1.86GHz
4gb ram
Nvidia 9500 gt

tell me if i missed something

Your hdd and your gfx memory is missing, but tbh, more than two bots shouldnt be possible with that.

Well,if i run more then 2 vm my computer slows so much it stops responding so i use only 2.If i reduce ram will i be able to run more,or is procesor limiting me to 2
