Hecarim, the Shadow of War
Abilities:
-Warpath (Passive) – Hecarim ignores unit collision and gains attack damage equal to a percentage of his bonus movement speed.
-Rampage – Hecarim cleaves nearby enemies dealing physical damage.
-Spirit of Dread - Hecarim deals magic damage to nearby enemies for a short duration. Hecarim gains health equal to a percentage of any damage those enemies suffer.
-Devastating Charge - Hecarim gains increasing movement speed for a short duration. His next attack knocks the target back and deals additional physical damage based on the distance he has traveled since activating the ability.
-Onslaught of Shadows (Ultimate) - Hecarim summons spectral riders and charges forward, dealing magic damage in a line. Hecarim creates a shockwave when he finishes his charge dealing additional magic damage to nearby enemies causing them to flee in terror.
Some Xin Zhao love?
Here's a tip with a spear behind it: Xin Zhao will ( hopefully ) be getting some buffs in the near future!
He seems a bit weak atm. We're looking at either buffs or quality of life improvements on him. I know Classick had some stuff he was looking at for Xin - I'll follow up on that.
Incoming Teemo Buffs
Teemo buffs make me a happy Moobeat. The bug is how over a certain, fairly low, attack speed his E's passive damage wouldn't tick for damage causing him to essentially lose the bonus from that ability.
Again, another one that hadn't aligned with the stars of when I was on the forums.
Not to spill the beans, but not only do we have some goodness for Teemo, but unless something happens, it should be in this patch. We found a bug that was really hampering his damage, among a couple other QoL fixes.
