The Low Prio is set by a server timer. As soon as you "speed up" the process, the server recognizes the difference between the client and the server time and resets the timer.
Do you really think that Riot could get tricked that easily?

Riot allows you to attach yourself to multiple queues at once. I wouldn't overestimate Riot.

Been able to speed up by 3 min, but had someone in my party. just try lettin it count out the last 2 min or so and should be fine.
