Do I need to run VM to get the full effect cause every time I run this bot nothing happens. Sure it works but no one joins the lobby. in a span of two weeks I managed only to get one game..

No, its a referral bot, its for referrals.
Of course its working, why wouldn't it, just use the official forums.

What does Idle tool do?
If you know SourceTools Idle tool, which isn't working anymore, it was simulating server connection, and you were getting items from fake server, and idlers get punished(Angelic Halo for non-idlers..later deleting inventories)
With this, .NET based Idle tool, this console opens hl2.exe with configured settings, so it uses about 10MB RAM and very low CPU usage, and connects to preset...
