Das ist ein eigener server wo champions skins etc. 1 monat früher released werden, wöchentlich bekommt man dort rp und ip damit man sich sachen kaufen kann.
Z.b. kann man jinx schon spielen

Sorry to be a noob at this..but how do i open this file?Does it require a special program?
Or should it be .exe?After i download it from the link it is just PBE..type File.
