Probably only €1,-, every account that wasn't toxic received them if I remember correctly, so there is a huge amount of botted accounts with the riot kayle skin.

Not worth anything at all
no one would buy them as it isn't worth the time to play on the account to 30 and (small) risk of it being banned just to get a 3$ or so skin

No, u received Riot Kayle for free when u visited the Gamescom or u bought it ingame (975RP). I guess what u meant is Judgement Kayle. It was free for ppl that played games in Season 1 so i guess there are not that many accs who own it, esp no botted accs (it was not that popular to bot accs in s1..)
