you can't get vic janna anymore. You had to be gold in season 1 or 2.

I think it is a legacy skin. Will probably be re-released later.

A day she'll maybe comeback, or not. We don't know until they tell us they'll sell it once again.
Not a long time ago, they made a list, of all the legacy/mistery/traditionnal skins, etc...
