can you still clear jungle fast at early with udyr with the new jungle items ?

Yep you can, but solo drake with lvl 4 isnt possible anymore. Except with pantheon

fiora,nidalee, heimerdinger and pantheon can do lvl 1 dragon(maybe some others also)
i dont feel good für udyr this season, i would go with 4.20 with ww, pantheon and fiddlesticks, they all 3 can do baron early and are able to clear the jungle quite good.
