I would build up my Attack damage rune page, But you cant really buy that many runes at lvl 20

go for red ad +quints ad first.

you can also play mid with ad in emergency.

ap doesnt helps top make better lasthits ad-mid does.

so i would buy armor seals and magic-resist blue's after you got the red+quints ad

I wouldent buy any runes unstill you hit level 30 to be honest... you can but its a lot better to spend your IP on champions - you need to have 16 in order to enter Ranked matches once you hit 30 anyway.

Just wait untill you are 30, belive me. its better.

Nonsense, if you start buying runes or later you have no difference.
Just that the runes are pushing you forward with your champs u have.

And when you hit 30 you shouldn't enter ranked without any runes lol.
Beside of that you can buy champs with rp and runes just with ip (for people who want to spent their reallife money)

And Dialiss, in ur sig its "League" not "Leage"

Save your IP till you hit level 28. Then buy whatever runes you need, including from:

AP -> Flat AP, Magic Pen, Magic Res.
AD - Armor pen, Flat AD, Armor.
Tank - HP Quint, armor yellow, mr per lvl blue, red armor or flat mr.
Supp - basically GP5 armor and mr.

I would recommend for AD red attack damage, yellow flat armor , blues scaling magic resist and quints depending on the champion i mostly use betwen movement speed quints or attack damage quints depending on the champion like i said before.

I agree too,but don't start playing rankeds immediately when u reach lvl 30!
First learn how to play with a lot of ad,ap,tank,support go top,mid,bot,jungle and see what's your best lane after that start playing rankeds,but only when you really know how to play!

For starter I would always buy ad runepage first

red: ad flat
yellow: armor flat
blue: mres flat
quint: ad flat

U can use it on most midlaner too.

Then I would get
red: magicpen
quint: flat ap

and voila 2 pages.

Personally I always start with a special hybrid page and then ad.

If I did the math correctly u are allowed to buy the ad page + 16 cheap champs so u can instantly go rankeds at lvl 30
