Create own LC

Hi people.

I was thinking about make my own LC, well, what i need for do that? first i wanted do any emulator for see how work it and test things, etc etc...
If is possible, EP2...
I need any good tutorial from youtube or any link of some tutorial in forum

Later, if i want open that server for people, i can? because i don't remember where, in one forum i read if you open any private server for people you can have problems with LC USA...

Go on lckb.org as Trobhy said there is also a Automatic install script for the Files you just need CentOS in a Virtual Machine.
