Hello.i'M using Thiesus dll to imphack.If i want to do 1hh i make

Drop the things..

wep to be mixxed
mix wep
mix armor
medium med
small med.

Now i pick up all things,wear the bow,then i press "make imp".It takes long .Is there a faser way?

yes, make your own!
like that you just have to drop 1 time medium meds and geons/small meds.
So you just need to drop mix wep and armor.

Do i need to pick ALL items,wear the bow and then press make imp or can i jus pick the bow ?

depends on your goal.
1. you just want to have an imp weapon? -> just pick up
2. you want to 1hh or just getting some extra stats? -> you have to wear it ofc!

server doesnt sell g48 weps,and doesnt drop XD

Try it with kn8 and use g53 2h The best are the one with low dmg...
Write ur own "1hh" and block the drop packet if u want to mix...Like pwnz said drop med only 1 time and save it...
