i always find the value to make unlimited storms on server, but casting time, nop :S

ok im going to explain it with storms...find a skilllist one is on that page. the values for a skill are compare 1, 2, 3, 4,. so for storms it is

( compare 2 190 )
( compare 3 4000 )
( compare 4 180000 )
compare 1 is mana
compare 2 is range.
compare 3 is cast time.
compare 4 is cooldown time.
use value between when the values are changed... how this helped you
