Kalonline freeze

Everytime I start kal I see the main screen comming up I press start.
The kocp screen comes up
another hack shield comes up and then everything stops I cant use crtl alt del anymore alt f4 or whatever but when I start kal out of my brothers pc it runs ( but then we both got laggs caus we play on 1 pc )

so my question is simple ^^ how can I remove the freeze?

no, i'm using windows xp

*Edit actually I'm using a fake vista with only the apperance of vista but what would be the solution when I have vista?

use xp? dunno if vista is supported on pserver
