was muss ich machen damit es richtigfunkt? und geht es überhaupt?

nein es geht nicht. Aber wenn es dich glücklich macht:

1. irgend eine waffe oder Armor nehmen
2. den Trick mit den Meds : 47,48 suchen usw
3. Amor in den Slot tuhen
4. Index in den der Waffe oder Armor ändern

you forgot about FishHack , 1337 1hithack, 1337 disconnect hack, 1337 Gm Account fake, etc ...

you cant do that much with CheatEngine, how about debugg? find functions? use them, make a memory bot? but nevermind
