no unless you ware playing with you gos and boting at the same time. if you use bot then dont play with other chars.

if he was using normal bot then he failed, but if he used LA bot its nothing special, got 79 ascetic and was using LA bot, made 98kk then got blocked but my ascetic is fine

it's your own fault.
you can try to find someone with db access who will unblock your account for sth like 150€, but there is no legal way to get unblocked.
