Everyone is able to do that. You only need a little bit time and a good tutorial.

Okay, than you dont need so much money. I think 550-600e is enough. But tell us where are you from?

Maybe you'll find the parts cheaper on one of the sites you suggested to us, but I searched for parts at a shop I knew. (
1 x Intel® i5-3350P € 157,90* // cheap and powerful; boxed -> includes a cooler, it'll do it's job well, but a bit on the loud side
1 x GIGABYTE GA-H77-D3H € 88,90* // does it's job..
1 x be quiet! Straight Power BQT E9 400W € 69,90* // sufficient power and quality
1 x Seagate 1TB SATA HDD € 64,90* // price-performance wise one of the best drives out; on other sites make sure it is the "7200.14" model
1 x ASUS Radeon HD 7770 DirectCU V2 € 119,90* // decent graphics card, gets the job done
1 x Corsair 2x4GB DDR3, 1600Mhz, 240pin DIMM € 47,99* // not much special, you can't do much wrong with RAM, just ensure it is DDR3-DIMM and 2x4 gigs. Good brands of RAM are for example Corsair, G.Skill, Patriot,...and several more
The system will have enough CPU power for any online game on the market, the graphics card should do it's job well. And of course, the hard drive can carry a lot of ****, if that's important to you..
Don't forget to add a certain Mid tower case of your choice to it, which doesn't exceed your monetary limitations.
