Most people got banned for 6 months. So most accounts are still banned.

My wintersdays day gifts are still on the account. I've checked @ gw2efficiency.com
Just a few more days. Hopefully they don't extend the ban.

Yep. It actually logs in, as auth server sends character data to it and then terminates the connection.
