So I've read lots of threads and it has not gotten my less confused about anything at all

So i figured i'd download the newest version i could in this thread


Looks decent at a first glance. Read the how to
bang german. And i see this au3 files and i figured they would be autoIt3 (where do i get that btw?) and those exe. files so I'm at complete loss atm.

Mods please move this thread if it's in the wrong place! thanks

Yeah I'm sorry about only noticing it now, (That is what you meant right? I wasn't able to salvage the message as whole)

But anywho i don't think i can move it myself? Else i would've done so, I've also written in my thread that a mod could move my thread. and sorry I'm not german :/

So i found this bot i think is good.

HowTo:

Resolution: Full Screen - 1280 x 1024
Interface size: Large
Text Language: German

Action: Attack/Interact (Do it) -> Space
Action: Command Party -> Decimal (NUM)
Action: Command Hero 1 -> 1 (NUM)
Action: Command Hero 2 -> 2 (NUM)
Action: Command Hero 3 -> 3 (NUM)
Targeting: Ally - Nearest -> v
Targeting: Item - Next -> 0 (NUM)
Panel: Open Hero Commander 1 -> 4 (NUM)
Panel: Open Hero Commander 2 -> 5 (NUM)
Panel: Open Hero Commander 3 -> 6 (NUM)
Panel: Open Party -> P
Movement: Automatic Run -> R
Movement: Turn Left -> A
Movement: Turn Right -> D
Movement: Strafe Left -> Q
Movement: Strafe Right -> E
Movement: Move Forward -> W
Chat: Open Chat -> Enter

Interface (see "Screenshot.jpeg"):

Put Vekk's Hero Commander to the lower right corner and attach the other ones to it as you
can see on the screenshot.
Now, put your "Party Formation" window to the upper right corner. It must be big enough to
admit at least 7 people.
Now you have to put your minimap in the upper left corner. It must be exactly as big as on
the screenshot!
To do that exactly use "AutoIt v3 Window Info".
Position: 928, 1023 -> you can see a mouse cursor to change the window's size.
Position: 929, 1023 -> no visible mouse cursor at all.
If you cannot move your minimap vertically and the cursor thing is done correctly, then your minimap will be ready (phew, that was the hardest part).
Do the same with the party search (you needn't do it that accurately, just at least as big as your minimap).
Now travel to "Lutgardis Conservatory" (from now on DO NOT MOVE YOUR CHARACTER OR CHANGE THE CAMERA'S POSITION!) and invite the following NPCs in the following order: Sosuke, Zhed, Vekk, Lukas, Devona, Professor Gai (don't forget to load the heroes' templates).
Zoom your minimap out as often as you can, now, zoom in two times.
Done. You're ready! Start the bot and let him do the rest

The above part is what I don't know how to do, help please?

First of all use thread if you have any questions from now on.
So you said you got v1.2 which is good because there is a file called "INTERFACE (MINIMAP).au3" (you can use the .exe too - all the .exe files are equal to the .au3 ones).
Run GW and put your minimap (m) in the upper left hand corner. It must be as small as possible. Now run the INTERFACE file and watch what'll happen. Your minimap should be correct then.
