For a website as shocking as this, I really wouldn't suggest trying to download, register or login on it. The pages and stats are static despite the timestamps on the front page.

Again, do not enter any personal details or download anything from this website.

A private server isn't available for Guild Wars and isn't close to being available yet either.

The logo being there means nothing. The player statistics even refer to "Alli" and "Horde" and are just images. There are no working Guild Wars 1 private servers, as @ already pointed out. It's questionable if there will ever be some.
