is how fly but you can't go up or down and it is how jump , by fly you stand in the air

why it doesn't work for me ?!? I can't fly and the Z-Cord is stand in the sky or not ?!? it dont works someone have an answer ?!?

PS: kann auch in deutsch geschrieben werden ^^
