I cant sleep cause i got banned and i dont know why...
Is banning permanent?
What can i do to recover my account?

I dont know...
Go to your provider..
Because in GCPH there are three classes of ban
Red Card = 30day Or Permanent Ban
Yellow Card = 15 days ban

i dun know the other one

i think, Na has those 3 types of ban too, iv seen some red card, yellow but not sure

as far as i can remember some bans are permanent and some are not
it really depends on how deep your violation is ...

but usually you get a suspension for your first ban ..

and if you got caught for hacking you will be banned permanently or get uber reset
where in you just like created a new account

well .. the answers i just said are based on what i can remember so ..

nope not permanent. it should be back after a month or two, but i think your characters would go back to level 0, and you loose all your items. but you won't loose any characters such as mari or ryan. and their jobs too..

hmm . 30days ban it depends on your violation . like soul said it will back lvl to 0 all of your characters but your items will not gone still in your inventory :P
