Yes It still work I got 2 +9 wind necklace but it's quite difficult to +9 na guard anklet

It's not difficult in anyway, it can't be since it can't degrade nor be destroyed.

It only takes some time but it's worth the little effort you've to put.

I Agree with Sir Zero
but sometimes Wind necklace tends to broke at +7 going to 8
but after you +8 it 15% chance +9
but it depends on the time
at Rune it's easier
lol I got all char +9 runes no Brave, all Holy and Honor

but it's NAGC
not GCPH so
it doesn't work at the time or will not work
it's a bug though so it should be fixed soon

so for every one who's saying

the GP necklace you can buy in the shop.. you don't need Cash for it and I think you even get it for completing one of the low level missions.

No it doesn't work for any type of Cash Necklace or Anklet, it only works for Dio's Wind Necki and the GP Guard Anklet.
