this bug only for Dio GP Necklace & GP Anklet Guard ???

have anyone try it on Dio cash necklace % cash Anklet guard yet?

I know that the cash item can't be break but I just wondering about the upgrade % isn't still easy to upgrade to +9 on cash necklace & Anklet Guard???
