Grand chase Usa hack help

i am trying to hack GCUSA with GC HAX!1.02 and i get to the part before logging in and the timer is counting down and when it hits 0 i get this error.

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

any help please? i am running windows 7 and i have hotspot for bypassing region block

Makim's hack doesnt work anymore. (not sure in NAGC thou)
Since the GM's modified the main.exe, and patched the bypass
